We provide both non-medical services (daily assistance, companionship, hygiene, mobility support, dementia/Alzheimer’s care, frail care) and medical services (nursing visits, wound care, medication management, hospice, palliative care, rehabilitation, and recovery support).
Are your services covered by medical aid?
Medical, Hospice, Palliative & Rehabilitation Services → Covered by medical aid, charged according to NAMAF rates, and must be prescribed by a doctor.
Non-Medical Services → Paid privately (out-of-pocket) by clients/families.
How do I know which service my loved one needs?
We start with a Care Assessment carried out by our Care Coordinators and Nurses, together with the family. Based on the findings, we create a personalized Care Plan that matches your loved one’s needs.
Do you provide care 24/7?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Please note:
Sundays: +50% surcharge
Public Holidays: +100% surcharge
Who provides the care?
Our team includes:
Caregivers – trained in elderly care, frail care, and daily living assistance.
Nurses & Enrolled Nurses – provide professional medical support.
Care Coordinators – supervise caregivers and maintain family updates.
Physiotherapists – assist with rehabilitation and recovery exercises.
Do you offer medical equipment?
Yes. We supply hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, walkers, and woundcare kits, along with training on how to use them safely
How much do your services cost?
Medical services → Charged at NAMAF rates, covered by medical aid when prescribed by a doctor.
Non-medical services → Private pay. Pricing depends on hourly, daily, or monthly packages. Families can request a personalized quote.
